The CLVS is specially trained and tested in the rules of legal evidence, handling of witnesses, judicial procedure and ethics as well as the technology of digital equipment and procedures for taping, editing and playback.

Combined with software available through I-DEP or LiveNote, these services allow the attorney to view streaming video and synchronized text while instant-messaging offsite attorneys, experts and colleagues.

Interpreters/Translators
M.A.R. Reporting Group assigns interpreters and translators based not only on their linguistic skills, but also on court certifications and technical expertise in specialized subject areas.
Our professional interpreters are trained in the rules governing legal proceedings and will translate testimony verbatim as opposed to "he said/she said.”
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, either realtime reporters or sign language interpreters can be provided for hearing-impaired individuals.
Tape Transcription
Our transcribing staff is able to produce quality transcripts from various media, e.g., videotapes, audio cassettes, microcassettes, DVDs and CD-ROMs. We are also able to transcribe from multi-track audiotapes.
